Anti-virus software and anti-spyware, is a must, to prevent virus activity on your computer. Not all anti-      virus software programs, are fool proof. Recommendation, AVG anti-virus software. The cost to you, is minimal. My own personal choice is AVG. It scans my incoming and out going email messages.   It can be set  up to scan your entire hard drive, on your schedule.
